VOLUNTEERS:

Over the years, Heifer Romania has worked with dozens of volunteers, especially Romanian. All project leaders and veterinarians from the villages where Heifer is managing projects are volunteers. Their leadership abilities along with their agricultural background help Heifer Romania in developing successful projects.
   
Many of our foreign donors desire to get involved more directly in Heifer’s struggle against poverty and offer to advocate for Heifer or teach farmers lessons that will ease their work.
